Privacy
This site collects nothing. The shop keeps what you tell it in order to do the work, and no more.
The website
This is a static site. It runs no analytics, sets no cookies of its own, embeds no map, no video and no social widget, and makes no request to any third-party server — the typefaces are served from this domain along with everything else. There is no contact form, so there is no form to submit anything to. Nothing you do while reading these pages is recorded by us.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the network requests needed to deliver a page — IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent — for delivery, security and aggregate traffic counts. That processing is Cloudflare's, under their terms, and we do not receive a per-visitor record of it.
When you get in touch
Calling gives us what you choose to give us: a name, a phone number, an address to bring a van to, and a description of the appliance. We keep that because it is what a job is made of — the model and serial, what was found, which part was fitted and when, so that a warranty claim months later can be answered without asking you to remember it.
We do not sell it, rent it, trade it or hand it to a marketing list. It is shared only where the work requires: a parts supplier needs a model number, and rarely a serial, but never your address or your telephone number.
How long it is kept
Job records are kept while they are useful — through the warranty period and long enough afterwards to recognise a repeat fault or answer a question about an invoice — and for as long as tax and accounting rules require. An enquiry that never turned into a job is not kept indefinitely.
Asking us about it
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it. Call +1 (904) 664-4866 and ask. There is no account to log into and no preference centre to click through; a person takes the call and answers it.
Children
This is a service for homeowners. We do not knowingly collect anything from children, and nothing on the site is directed at them.
Changes
If the site ever gains something that collects data — a booking form, analytics, an embedded map — this page changes before that goes live, and the date below moves with it.
